Our host was great! They reached out and let us know everything in a timely manner and offered extra amenities like heating the pool before we got there. The house was so nice and clean and I would recommend for anyone to stay there.

Quick to respond when I had a question. There weren't enough bath towels for the number of rooms/ quests. The pool towels could use and upgrade. But overall, happy with the place

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. However, I paid for pool heat for our 6 day stay and the pool never got warm. It was 62 degrees the first morning and even though we were told that it would warm up by 1 degree per hour, it took until day 5 to reach 80 degrees. On our last day, it was still only 81 in the pool, never reaching the 86 degree heated pool temperature. Definitely not warm. We were I ly able to use it the last 2 days, and could only stay in for about an hour each time because the kids got so cold.
