- If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
- No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

This is a great house! Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 3 children. Super close to Disney and not too far from Universal. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. However, the management could have made it much better with little effort.....the oven and upstairs thermostat were set to Celsius. Emailed and they changed....The TVs were next to impossible to get anything on....emailed and they said we should be able to get live TV (but we couldn't). The hot tub wasn't hot, so emailed again...they said we had to pay for pool heat to get the hot tub hot, so we did. They charged us quite a bit for the hot tub to have heat. After one day of heat, the pool was so hot nobody could stand to be in it. I complained and they refunded a tiny portion of the heat charge - only 12% of what they charged even though we only had a slightly warm hot tub for one day, then it went to scalding hot. So for that, we paid more than 80% of the weekly charge and nobody could use the pool for the last few days of our stay. Overall, this house has the possibility of being a great rental, but they need someone else to manage their property!!

Location was excellent the property had a few issues for the TV wasn't working cable was kind of flaky the first three nights and I would suggest that they get a trash can somewhere because there was only one trash bag no trash can and we were there for five nights.
Half of the towels could have been hung up not just put on top of the dryer better than that if you want to go to Disneyland that's the perfect spot

The property and location were great. Enjoyed the pool and game room. However, housekeeping/cleanliness of house could have been much better upon our arrival.
