It was really a pleasant stay, however we felt that it was little overpriced.

The apartment was clean and is located in a very good area.

1. Wifi was not really good. It was possible to access the wifi only inside the Wohnzimmer, but not inside the Schlafzimmer. 2. The Rolladen switches of the Balcony was not functional. It was not a big problem for us though since we were mostly outside during morning hours. 3. Kitchen had no dishwasher. 4. The TV was not an internet TV and was pretty old. The remote was also difficult to operate. 5. No complimentary shower gel was provided. Also, the Duschablage was bit rusty.

Good price for a big, clean space within 40-45 minutes from city centre via public transport

The code was given to us early, it was easy to find our way there, and the space and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The value for the price and quality of our stay was very good.

It was a little far (40-45 minutes) from the city centre if using public transport with limited options later in the evening (past 11pm), so that's something to keep in mind.

Don't expect to much

The apartment was clean, the area is quite. The instructions were clear and the check-in and check-out were easy. The communication was good.

It seems like every item you might need at home is there, but most of them have been placed without considering functionality — just for the sake of being there. For example, the pan has no Teflon coating left due to scratches. The chairs are so big and the table is so small that you can't sit at the table and eat comfortably. The towels and bed linens all need to be replaced. The amount paid is a good amount for a place like this, so the owners really need to consider the comfort of their guests and make some updates. Another thing that bothered me is that the back balcony is accessible to other guests as well, making it feel like a shared space rather than a private one.

i have made a reservation by mistake to the wrong dates and when i found out about it after the first night of no show, the property was not willing to refund my money for the rest of the stay or change the dates to the correct ones. I am a frequent user of Booking and travel extensively and i have never encountered such a rude and unsympathetic host.

it's a very nice flat with lots of equipment.

one might feel a bit scared by all the cautions around the flat. I was forced to clean everything in the kitchen otherwise they would charge my debit card a fee. I don't have a problem to clean the apartment as long as the cleaning fee is not included in the price. However, in this flat I thought the cleaning fee was included in what I had paid for.

To be informed about the entry procedure. We hadn't been informed about the number of the apartment and it was difficult to communicate in Polish and in German... but finally Watchup made the miracle ...

A nice place — but read the fine print.

The location was unexpectedly large with a balcony.

I was never sent an email letting me know which room was mine. I had to guess based on the pin code. I also don’t like all of the potential hidden fees: a possible 200 EUR deposit. This is a significant sum of money and should require a separate contract. There’s also the chance that the customer will be charged extra for leaving an unusually messy apartment. This wasn’t a big problem for me problem for me personally (I left the room about as clean as it was when I entered). But if you want to charge for cleaning services, you just charge for cleaning services. It felt more like I was expected to behave like a guest in someone’s home rather than a paying customer at a business.

-everting as described -I reserved the place for my parents, who came to visit. -They were really happy with the accommodation - You have a coffee machine in the kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen - Really clean apartment, also really clean staircase and hallway -Quiet. Nice balcony -You receive a code per email to enter your apartment. You don't meet physically with the owner which is really good. -Stress free.

Il s’agit d’un bâtiment rassemblant plusieurs appartements en location sur booking -mais les Logements sont mal insonorisés. L’hôtel se situe à 1 km d’un des plus grands complexes industriel de petro-chimie d’Europe. Le check out est trop tôt. Et une fois l’horaire dépassé d’une minute, plus possible de rentrer dans l’appart ni dans l’immeuble … même si vous êtes en train de charger votre voiture. Je me suis retrouvé bloqué dehors.

günstiges und modernes Ferienappartement für Köln-Trip und Brühl

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön - praktisch und ästhetisch ansprechend - eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich schnell heimisch, so auf dem Lehnstuhl und dem schönem Sofa. Die Küchenzeile mit Senseo-Kaffeemaschine hat zwar keinen Geschirrspüler, aber eigentlich alles, was man braucht - nur die Schere fehlte ... Ein paar Kaffeepads - außerhalb des Vanille-Cappuccinos - wären schön gewesen. Die Fußbodenheizung ist leicht steuerbar und reagiert recht schnell. Viel Raum und Stauraum steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage zum Weltkulturerbe in Brühl und zum Fantasialand ist sehr gut - auch nach Köln ist man mit dem Auto oder mit der Bahn in weniger als 30 min ... Trotz Schlafzimmer zur Straße war es sehr ruhig. Ich hatte jederzeit einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Schnelles Internet und TV funktionierten bestens.

Einziger Kritikpunkt an der Wohnung ist die Dusche, Hier ist die Duschwanne nicht gut mit Silikon zu den Wänden abgedichtet - und auch wenn die Fußbodenheizung schön wärmt und die Entlüftung im fensterlosen Bad gut läuft - fehlt dann die Sicherheit, dass in den Ritzen kein Schimmel entsteht, Das ginge besser; hygienischer und gesünder. Auch die Fußmatte vor der Dusche wäre in weiß und waschbar eine Vertrauen besser erweckende Wahl. Die Restmülltonne war trotz wöchentlicher Leerung schon übervoll - trotz der Hinweise ("Verpflichtung, den Müll zu trennen") sortieren die anderen Gäste den Müll wohl nicht oder zu wenig - und ich hatte Probleme meine Mülltüte noch in die wohl zu kleine Tonne reinzulegen bzw. zu pressen ... Der Ort Wesseling ist Industriestandort und besteht im Zentrum zumeist aus wenig schönen Betonblöcken - auch der Rheinpark, der ganz nett angelegt ist, haut es nicht wirklich raus: Der Ort bleibt etwas trostlos.

Sanierte Wohnung. Gute Matratze

Habe für 8 Personen reserviert und nur 6 Schlafplätze bereit. Kaffeemaschine ist mit Pods und diese werden nicht gestellt. Also eigene mitbringen. Keine Seife zum duschen. Kann viel verbessert werden.

Modern eingerichtet.

Aufgrund der geringen Größe und einem fehlendem Schrank, hingen Reinigungsutensilien an der Garderobe. Küchengegenstände waren eher rudimentär vorhanden. Schade, dass die Balkonseite gepflastert und nicht bepflanzt war. Das ist zwar wartungsarm, aber eben nicht schön.
