Sehr schönes Apartment. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage war 1A. Auch die Betreuung hat hervorragend funktioniert.

- definitely an historic & unique place to stay in a beautiful & quiet lane, walkable from the bus depot (with care re traffic) & elsewhere; fairly priced - very prompt communications via WhatsApp from George & quickly helpful when we had a couple questions (1 was the TV remote was not working & he suggested taking the batteries from the a/c remote which solved that problem); we did not need heat or a/c during our stay - notice posted about heating the water in advance for shower or bath, so no issue there; we did not cook nor use the washing machine for our 3-day stay

- likely George would have been happy to try to address any further concerns (definitely an involved host), but the small issues that bothered us were not things to bother him with as they arose (but they added up for us, even if all not changeable), so although most comments are highly positive, we were not as enamoured overall…mainly due to some cleanliness issues (& not a good idea in our opinion to have an open compost container on the counter, so we used a closed container we had but still noticed several ants), also signages in the kitchen & bathroom (we were very surprised upon arrival to read the signs over the toilets not to flush “moist” toilet tissue, which we had never encountered before in Malta…although not sure if we have ever stayed in a 300+ yr old property before!), so whether this point should be somehow mentioned in the property description I suppose is debatable…always good to be forewarned Also would not recommend it for small children—for the circular stairs (everyone should take due care anyway), knickknacks throughout which might be seen as toys (likely meant to add a “homely” atmosphere), toileting (re the tissue), & the crib would not meet North American safety standards.

Wspaniali gospodarze, bardzo uprzejmi. Lokalizacja w świetnym miejscu. Bardzo czysty dom, wyposażenie jak najbardziej wystarczające, były zapasowe ręczniki. Klimatyzacja/ogrzewanie dodatkowo płatne, ale akurat nie korzystaliśmy. Bardzo polecam, cudowny dom na wypoczynek.

The location was superb - easy walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants we wished to visit. The accommodation is beautiful , spacious and filled with many interesting objects. I would highly recommend to anyone proposing to stay in Victoria, this is the place to stay!
