The location, just a couple of minutes from the main square. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower, ice cold air conditioning. Very helpful polite staff. Katia is amazing thankyou Katia! Can’t wait to stay here again.

On a busy out road of the old town

The room was spacious and clean. Nice balcony. Breakfast area and food were very good.

Pillows weren't comfortable.

The property was quiet, safe and clean. The staff is not on-site 24 hours per day, but they didn’t need to be. They do assist with check-in. The breakfast, which is continental, was prepared well each day with an attentive wait staff.

The location was the most difficult to manage, especially given lack of signage or accessible directions. Do be advised that the property is located quite a ways up the hill from the main port. It is difficult to manage with luggage. The hotel does not have its own portage team. If you would like this service, you can hire a private portage service. I was with my mother, who has undergone a double knee replacement, and had I known where the location was I would not have booked this property. It was quite difficult for her to access on a daily basis, and this is not advertised on the property location/details.
