The style, privacy and views from this property are fabulous. A real feel of Sardinia. The terrace is ideal in heat and also provides shelter.
The property is 20 minute walk from a stunning quiet little bay. A car would be beneficial for beach and esp food shopping.
The kitchen is small for meal prep considering it sleeps 6.
Also hot water tank would be a stretch for 6 people unless you stagger use.
Charging for bedlinen and towels seems extremely unfair esp at €20pp and final amount for the additional water and electric is completely unknown until you leave, as a guide we were 4 people and had less than 3 days in villa, hardly in and no air on or heating use it cost €25.

Very close to the hotel, and convenient for the wedding we attended there. The terrace area was excellent. And the views are stunning. The WiFi, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are all excellent facilities for a family.
This kitchen is small but manageable as there is so much other space. All the TV is in Italian (not that we used it). Other than that there is not much to worry about!
