A fabulous villa maintained to a very high standard. Wonderful view from each level. The pool is fantastic and there are lots of different sitting areas with varying amounts of shade. The kitchen is very well equipped (Hob, microwave and air fryer but no oven) and the BBQ is great. It is a 20 min steep walk down to Porto Istana beach, 25 min walk to supermarket in Murta Maria and 20-30 min drive in to Olbia. The only thing that could have been improved is to have an earlier check in than 5 pm. We would definitely recommend this villa.

We were 2 couples who were new to this part of Sardinia. The villa was outstanding and even better than we had expected. It is very much an outdoor house with a range of shady places to explore. The pool was magnificent and the views over Olbia from the terrace outstanding. The bedrooms were all of a good size with 2 well appointed en-suites and one shared shower room. We would love to come back and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lovely views and a property that is all about the outside living - think the site should be more accurate on how many steps to the beach it is and also think the site should suggest the property is not suitable for elderly or people that are not very mobiles, beyond that we had a fantastic time.

We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!
