LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is very quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. You go to the center in about 12-15 minutes.
EQUIPMENT:
The 50sqm, sunny 2 1/2 room apartment on 2 levels with a winter garden has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. In the bedroom on the upper level there is a double bed, in the cozy living room with flat screen TV and electric fireplace there is a kitchen and dining area for 4 people. In the adjoining open sleeping area there are sleeping facilities for 2 additional people on a pull-out double bed. The glazed loggia (winter garden) offers a view of the mountains and the garden and invites you to spend cozy hours. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.
OUTDOORS:
The large garden with a large proportion of lawn can be used by guests. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. There will be a barbecue area
currently set up.

We offer a bread delivery service.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen gleich einige Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und über 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Viele Wanderungen konnten wir direkt von Sankt Andreasberg starten. Städte, wie Braunlage, Thale und Wernigerode sind nicht weit weg. Von dort aus konnte man viele Wanderungen tätigen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tierpark, Sommerrodelbahn besuchen. Tolle Umgebung für erholsame Stunden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Blick in den Harz sehr schön gelegen und zudem super ausgestattet - ein großes Plus ist der örtliche Brötchenservice. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung erhalten.
Insgesamt kann ich die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!
