The location was good it was close nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good.

An elevator!

I would like to start with saying that the staff were lovely and tried their best. The room was spacious and the shower was good, the room was kept nice and clean, fresh bedding and towels when we asked (they usually change them every 3 days but we asked for every 2 days). The complimentary breakfast is nice touch, a sweet breakfast was loved by my kid. The access to free coffee or tea all day is pretty nice. Keyless access is clever but sometimes troublesome when the Internet is failing.

The toilet is in a corner of the bathroom which isn't very practical. The minibar was warmer than the room which is saying alot as the air-conditioning was terrible. Thankfully the staff allowed me to store my diabetes medicine in the staff fridge but that was very stressful for me as it cannot be easily replace.

Location is very good, near metro and tram station and Termini, Colosseum cca. 15 minutes by walk. We really appreciated the luggage storage facility after check out. We loved the application which opened the doors, no need to carry keys and the online check in- very useful if you arrive very late. Breakfast snacks are a nice touch.

Room is very basic, the bathroom is really tiny, bed was not the most comfortable. But all clean.
