The location was really nice and the price was also really convenient

The apartment was well equipped. You can cook, make coffee, wash your clothes. It’s also very close to the center.
Unfortunately the flush wasn’t working so I had to use a bucket instead to throw some water in the toilet. The toilet lid was also broken. Finally, the wifi didn’t work either.

It was lovely and cozy, everything fit in such a small space. Ideally for a family.
Bus 2 and 11 were extremely close and opened our way for easy travel.
Park for an evening stroll and for children to play.
Wonderful Greek restaurant very close.
So many great things near by.
I would definitely suggest this place for a stay.
The bathroom and sofa did not appear the cleanest. Smell in the bathroom.
The washing machine did not appear working as we were unable to set the lower temperature.

Property manager was kind and prompt - he fixed a cleaning issue immediately on arrival. good location for my needs and safe building and area. Most things (hot water, stove, oven, washer) worked fine- although sometimes needed to be fiddled with.
It’s a basement apartment. There is only so much one can do to make this better. There is a lot of humidity and the space is small - I was able to leave the windows open 24/7 during my stay due to nice weather but might be uncomfortable otherwise. It is below street level so it’s very dark, and the ceiling on the kitchen is very short. I did not try the microwave until the last day but it does not work.
