Gordan is super nice host! He is real added value to this place. Beautiful olive garden with a lot of fruits, peaceful neighbourhood and lovely house.

No wi-fi but this is not huge issue.

It is a private and lovely place. You must have a car to get there, if you are traveling with a car is a perfect place to relax. It is 20-25min away from split and trogir so it is ideal if you want to visit both cities. The hosts are amazing. We have been traveling for 2 weeks, staying in around 10 places, this is on our top 10.

Nothing, all great, they do not have WiFi, however it was not an issue for us.

We stayed at this studio for seven nights and had mixed experiences. On the positive side, the mattresses were comfortable, and the studio was clean and intimate. The terrace was a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings, surrounded by the sounds of birds and insects from the garden. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our small Pomeranian dog.

The location was decent, with Trogir and Split within reach. However, there were some discrepancies between the booking description and reality. The BBQ area mentioned in the ad didn't exist, which was a disappointment since we'd already bought food for it. The small fridge was also a limitation. The road to the studio was unpaved and narrow, which made our car dirty every day. We also noticed cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, which seemed old and weren't pleasant. The bathroom layout was inconvenient, with the toilet hard to access due to the positioning of the sink, wall, and shower. The old front door didn't insulate noise well, so we could hear planes taking off and landing, as well as insects outside. Given the relatively low price, this studio might suit groups or families who plan to eat out and use the location just for sleeping and relaxing on the shaded terrace. Overall, it was an okay experience, but some improvements would make it more enjoyable for future guests. *Rating:* 3/5 stars
