After I booked the place, I had thousand of questions regarding my reservation and the place. The host answered them all and did it at once. Every question or doubt I had, she was there to help me. During the time when we were driving to her place, she texted me to check what time I would arrive. We could`t find the place so she drove to meet us and take us to the place. I told the host that I read the negative review before and we were bit taken aback but all the doubts dissapeared after we saw the apartment. It was shining clean! The place was even closer to the beach than I thought! The following day I met the host as she brought the ironing board and actually she was at every beck and call for us. Whenever I texted her, she was there to answer me or help me out. She helped us plan the 3 island trip and I was in a hurry and didn` lock the house and it was too late to come back. Ivana (the host) went there immediately, locked the place and left the keys. Then we met her in the supermarket and she did some translation for us. She insisted on bringing clean bed liners and towels even thought she had given us a new fresh set a few days before. She wouldn`t let me do anything in regards to the apartment. She was always there to come, help, explain. She even gave us possibility to choose the time of our departure. Everything was mainted properly in the house, the diswasher was really huge so was the fridge. There was plenty of space for clothes in the closets and also the laundry room outside the place. I really strongly reccomend the place and the host because I have never met such a warm, open-minded, generous and helpful person ever before. If we come back to Croatia, she will be the first person whom we will contact in order to find accomodation.
Also, the location is very close to the airport so if you arrive by plane, you will reach apartment in 5 minutes by car or taxi. We drove there by car, another big plus for a big parking place right in front.
I can`t complain about anything.

The apartment on the inside is just as shown in the photos. Near a dog beach for those who bring a pet and lots of car parking nearby. Also very close to the airport - a 10 euro Uber drive away, in about 5 minutes.
There were a few issues that made the experience less smooth. The exact address wasn’t provided ahead of time, only the name of the street which is a road full of residential buildings. Finding the place a bit stressful. I had to call three times to get someone finally to answer and help us check-in, even though it is self check in, the details to do so were not sent via message beforehand as normally - the host just mentioned everything on the phone to me in that moment and I had to just remember it and figure it out.
The payment for the place also had to be made in cash - but nobody ever appeared to pick up the money, they just kept wanting to know when we would be home to pass by and pick it up. I would expect they could be there at check-in to pick the payment up, rather than annoy us the rest of the day checking our whereabouts and when we could meet. As a group of girls, this made us feel uncomfortable.
The balcony with the bbq outside is a shared terrace with other tenants. I think this caught everyone by surprise, as the other tenant also didn't want us to sit there, since she thought it was all to herself and told us to leave in the beginning - albeit our door also connecting through to it.
