Great communication from the owner. I was met outside and shown around a very clean and spacious air conditioned apartment. I was just there overnight before a morning flight but it was perfect because it was a short walk to the airport from the apartment. Slept well.
Nothing is perfect but all my needs were met.

The location is just a 5 min walk from the airport making this accommodation perfect if you have an early flight or aren't planning on renting a car, tho just next to the house there is a car rental company so this can also be arranged without having to look around too much.
Despite being so close to the airport the apartment is still very quiet. There is a seating area outside where you can rest and the trees provide a nice shade.
The apartment is cosy and big enough, the kitchenette is tiny but functional, cutlery and utensils are provided. They also had table mats so that you can enjoy breakfast on the bar island. The side of the island is even equipped with a bottle rack with enough space for nine bottles.
The bed was firm but comfortable, you are offered extra blankets in case you will need them and there is air conditioning but if you sleep with the window open, all of them are equipped with mosquito nets and the owner also left a couple of tablets for the antimosquito diffuser, the breeze will be enough (I was here in May and it was 29° during the day).
The bathroom is modern, the mirror lights up, a hair dryer and towels are available.
The bathroom could use a bit more ventilation or a new cost of paint as on the top part of the wall after the tiles there were little stains due to the humidity.

It was walking distance to the airport. Hosts were nice but didn’t speak English. It’s neat and tidy.
No one explained that you have to turn the hot water system on. We had cold showers. Also the shower curtain was not water resistant so water ended up everywhere. The shower head was also really low on the wall so I couldn’t wash my hair.
