This 6 bedroom 7 bath home is perfect for family reunions, multi family gatherings or just friends getting together. 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Downstairs in the Rec room couch with cushions the size of twin beds makes this a comfy house which sleeps a crowd. This home has it all! Enter the main floor and walk through the large living room and dining room out onto the huge deck through the floor to ceiling glass doors. Relax on the patio or grab a cocktail and steps away to your private dock or enter onto the Lake Arrowhead Association path for a stroll around the lake. If it is a bit chilly, head down to the lower level of this home and enjoy the 1,000 sq ft rec room (Man Cave) enjoy the wood burning brick fireplace, 51 inch Smart TV, sectional couch with game table, bar with seating for 4, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, poker table, player piano (and standard piano). And a full bath.
This home with 2 huge brick wood burning (gas starter) fireplaces, large kitchen, with in counter grill, breakfast bar (seats five which opens to the dining room (seats 10) BBQ grill on the deck with dining seating for 8, swimming off your private dock which has a dining table for 4, with additional chairs to relax in. You won't ever want to leave the house! But if you do, you're only 5 to 10 minutes away from the quaint villages of Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead. Parking for six cars. Boat rentals provided by (and piloted by)McKenzie Boat Rentals may be delivered to your private dock are only a phone call away. Nestled in the gorgeous San Bernardino Mountains, only a 2 hours from Los Angeles, Lake Arrowhead is a four season get-a-way. Winters in Lake Arrowhead average several feet of snow. The Big Bear ski resort is a beautiful 25 minute ride North. The host was very helpful and attentive. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our big family! The private lake access was awesome! The game room kept our kids entertained for hours!

We stayed over Christmas and had the most amazing time. Although torrential rain limited our ability to enjoy the lake and trails, it didn’t dampen our experience at all. We spent hours in the huge game room and relaxing by one of the two beautiful wood-burning fireplaces.The home is incredibly cozy yet spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a large family. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with cozy rooms, ample closet space, and roomy bathrooms. The kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped for preparing family feasts, and the dining room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather together.Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She was always responsive and helpful and the check-in process was seamless. We’re already planning our next visit to this little piece of paradise!

The house is open, comfortable and very well stocked. The layout of the house is such where the kids can be down stairs making noise and you can be upstairs relaxing undisturbed. It is in a quite wooded area with a view of the lake. We enjoyed the property and would recommend it.
