The location is close to the village and Santa’s Village. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is good for walking. It has 3 levels (one is a loft) so it was fun for kids and provided some privacy for each group. There were plenty of games for kids to entertain themselves. TVs were everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked, has Mikasa plates/bowls and newer cooking utensils. Toiletries and towels were aplenty. The bathrooms are upgraded. The house is very charming and the swing on the downstairs balcony is a plus!
Parking is a little challenging. The loft remains cold (perhaps provide an electric heater in that area). There were no potholders and long tongs for grilling outside. No extra hand towels. The dryer did not turn on. Both propane tanks were empty. The upper mattress on the bunk beds is falling apart. The sliding glass door to the main balcony is hard to lock.

The place is pretty nice, comfy beds, kitchen with lots of supplies and just 5 min away from the village and a few minutes walking to a hiking path.
The listing said 4 rooms and there are actually 3 rooms so we just had to adjust.The not so great thing is the trash situation, we had to throw away the trash into a garbage disposal like 10 min away (Rim of the world HS) but when we got there we couldn't find it. Don't know why we couldn't throw the trash into the bins at the place.

All of the beds were so comfortable and the space felt so cozy! We loved the game room and the convenience of the location to town. The house was very clean when we came in and it felt like home !
The only thing that was rough was that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, not enough trash bags, and only a roll of paper towels when we got there. The heater was a little quirky and 67 definitely made it the least uncomfortable but still too hot and also too cold once it turned off. Other than that great!
