The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with fireplace. The first of 2 master suites resides on this level. The 2nd level hosts a den with fireplace, the second master suite, 2 standard bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and deck. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.
Public Lakes and Trails
There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.
Dog Friendly
We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate pet rent $150. (2) dog limit no exceptions. No other types of pets accepted.

We rented this home to celebrate my Moms 90th birthday. The accommodations were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. The home was very clean and inviting. My Corgi was able to join us. They even had a water and food dish in the kitchen for her. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was lovely and very well maintained. We had 3 generations in town for a wedding and everyone enjoyed their visit. Thanks to Jon for the excellent communication and kind attention.

We held our annual family reunion at this residence. The house is billed as a "luxury" house and, for what we paid and how the pictures looked in the listing, that is what we expected. It did not meet those expectations. KITCHEN:-Toaster's heating elements only partially worked resulting in us buying a 10 toaster from CVS.- Dining chairs did NOT match the chairs in the photos; the ones at the table looked/felt like cheap 10 chairs. They were extremely uncomfortable.- Refrigerator sign said "new" but the freezer had a drawer missing a railing making the bottom drawer uselessDECK:- The listing shows and brags about the outdoor space/seating. There are NO chairs outside, no carpet or pretty decorations. When I contacted the rental manager it was suggested that we use the kitchen stools for outside seating. He then followed up with a suggestion to move a bench placed next to the front door to the back deck. Part of why we selected this property was due to the outdoor seating.CAMP COZY:- the kids room at the upper level had no air flow and was unreasonably warm causing the kids not to be able to sleep in that room.OTHER:- Grill only partially worked making it difficult to BBQ- Neither of the pocket doors worked well and the 1 on the level below main level didn't work at all.- Sink leaked in the bathroom on the floor below the main level. Contacted manager who sent a plumber while we were out and we were told that it was fixed (it wasn't but we only had 1 day left).
