Joanna is always helpful, making the hostel a great choice for both short and long-term stays. It's hard to find anything negative about it. The only issue was with the heating, which didn’t work efficiently, but Joanna did her best to address the problem. Having a hotplate and toaster would be a nice addition, but the hostel functions well even without them.

I travelled for one night off season and I was probably the only guest which felt like a luxury. I was also allowed to stay a little bit past check out time which was great due to my heavy luggage.
The bed was comfortable and the facilities clean. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it!
It's not something a hostel staff can change, but you should note that the hostel is on the second floor and the stairs are at some point not wide enough to carry a luggage in your hands, so you'll have to pull it step by step. Should not be a problem if you don't have anything heavy.

The room was clean but we didn’t have a double bed. There was a kettle but no tea and no cups.
I didn’t like the shower because the water was cold and you can’t control the water.
