Peaceful stay, need a car
Very lovely property with great views. Spacious apartment with small kitchen to make coffee and prepare small meals. Good, secure insight parking. Very peaceful. Great restaurants up the hill (must drive).
You need a car to get around, not very close to public transport such as train into Florence. Quite easy to park at train station and take train into Florence. Communication in English with host not great before arrival.

Perfect place for quiet reflection in the foothills of Florence.
I was looking for a quiet, private place with a terrace surrounded by beautiful nature. This incredible property was perfect for me. Please note that this property is on the outskirts of Sesto and you will need to rent a bike or car to get to the Sesto train station. From there, it's a short train ride to Florence.
There was nothing that I did not like.

Very good
Used to B&B. Now there are 2 separated apartments. We lived in big one with big living room, kitchen on ground floor and 2 bedrooms at first floor. Every bedroom has own bathroom. Apartment is on the ground floor with view to the olive garden. Owner is nice and the issues, we raised, were solved.
Villa needs more love, but owner is planning to sell it so.. everything was fine.
