The Black & White Villas.
Located in Palau-del-Vidre, in a private and recent development, Villas Black & White await you for your next holidays.
Can accommodate up to 8 people, they have all the necessary comfort with new furniture and equipment and quality. They are of course air-conditioned.
On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped and a living room with sofa, as well as a master suite with king-size bed, dressing room, bathroom and toilet.
Their bay windows open onto a private terrace with heated pool.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with king-size bed or twin with storage, a second bathroom and toilet, and a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed with quality mattress.
The exteriors are perfectly maintained and raised. They offer a panoramic view of the Albères mountain range.
The Villas have a private pool heated and secure. Sunbathing, barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal.
Located in a small village with all amenities (supermarket 7d / 7d, baker, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, restaurant ...), they will allow you to spend a pleasant stay away from the bustle and excitement of the coast, while having the opportunity to dive in: Collioure, Argeles, Saint Cyprien are about 10 minutes, and the Spanish border 20 minutes.
You have a 4k UHD TV connected, broadband internet access (WIFI and ethernet), alarm and safe. Private parking and garage are also at your disposal.
All you have to do is leave your suitcases there, for a charming stay in the Catalan hinterland!

Excellent souvenir d'un séjour confortable dans une villa très bien décorée. L'accueil de Baptiste est top. Toujours à l'écoute, il est aussi très disponible. Je recommande les Villas Black & White pour séjourner à proximité de Perpignan.

Nous avons passé trois jours dans la black villa.Très belle villa toute équipée,très propre et à la pointe de la technologie.Super accueil, la villa est dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer ou des montagnes pour profiter de la région.
