The reception staff were very efficient and helpful full.Sent staff later to assist in getting the TV to work !!Age problem.

The atmosphere, the green and the chalet was beautiful
Some of the stuff we're not as friendly, especially at check in and the cleaning lady who assume we broke glasses without asking

The place was very big and comfortable.Everything that the family needed was there.
The fact that I was far from the pool and the river.

No hot water flow in the main bathroom. Light keeps switching off in second bathroom.
Reported but not yet sorted out in the 2 days we spent in the unit.
