We loved it. We actually extended our stay with one night. We will definitely come and visit again. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everything so lovely and comfortable. Thank you so much!

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The decor is tasteful. The location travelling from Kruger Park is perfect
Being mid winter we imagined sitting in front of the fire sipping sherry. The sherry was provided but we could not light the gas fire. We were told the fire was only lit at 5pm and the cost is R350. We were shocked but agreed. However the fire remained unlit the entire visit. The fire was also not provided in the dining room even after enquiring. This pettiness was offputing of a potentially lovely stay. We will not be back.
