The staff was very professional and friendly. The location is lovely.
The attention to detail - the towels weren't in a good condition. No one wants a little leave on their bed - maybe replace it with a little chocolate. :)

The property is an excellent gateway to Kruger! We loved our stay with the kids. It’s a family friendly place and the kids had a great time in the playground. The staff were very friendly. We misplaced our passport and Tanya, the GM, was very kind to help us get it back!
The dinner took a little bit more time than we expected. So, prepare for that, when travelling with kids.

We booked a half board during our stay. I was travelling with my 4 year who is a picky eater, Chef Ndumiso went out his way to cater for her. Thank you so much Chef !
Shower was rather warm than hot provided that it is a winter season but then again we could survive and still take a bath
