The apartment is in a strategic position 100m from Lake Maggiore and all services. It is also surrounded by beautiful mountains. During the day you can visit Luino (7 km), Lake Delio (11 km), Alpe Forcora (14 km), Agra (8 km), Monteviasco (16 km), Monte Lema (20 km), Monte Tamaro (36 km) , Lugano (28 km), Locarno (34 km), Varese (39 km), Milan (96 km, train possibility) and many other destinations. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed for 2 more people. The apartment is located 500 meters from the train station, 1 km from the landing stage (via the lakefront). In addition, there are many free parking spaces outside the residence.
