Die Sauberkeit hat mir besonders gut gefallen. 5 min. Bis zum Strand. Auch der Aufzug ist schön wenn man im zweiten Stock wohnt.
Der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden. Etwas kompliziert wenn der Samstag keine Abholungtag ist

Appartamento pulito confortevole e ben attrezzato. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal lago dal.supermercato, bar pasticceria e dall'edicola. Il sig. Marco, il gestore della struttura, molto gentile e disponibile si è prodigato a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, grazie! Consigliato

Casa muito prática para quem pretende frequentar a Unione Velica Maccagno. O apartamento está próximo ao lago e as praias do lago. Facilidade de acesso a pé tanto a supermercado quanto farmácia e ótimos restaurantes. Cozinha completa, decoração básica, camas confortáveis, bom banheiro com lavadora de roupas. Com certeza voltaria a ficar!
Senti dificuldade de acompanhar os dias de descarte de cada tipo de lixo, então preferi levar ao descarte comunal.
