Casa muito prática para quem pretende frequentar a Unione Velica Maccagno. O apartamento está próximo ao lago e as praias do lago. Facilidade de acesso a pé tanto a supermercado quanto farmácia e ótimos restaurantes. Cozinha completa, decoração básica, camas confortáveis, bom banheiro com lavadora de roupas. Com certeza voltaria a ficar!
Senti dificuldade de acompanhar os dias de descarte de cada tipo de lixo, então preferi levar ao descarte comunal.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Bergsicht. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ganz nah am See ist toll!
Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. In der Küche wären Müslischüsseln noch super. Der Besitzer schreibt sehr viele WhatsApp Nachrichten, die einen überfordern. Die Infos dort könnte er auch einfach in eine Willkommensmappe auf dem Tisch legen.

Lage des Appartments in direkter Nähe zum See. Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Bett sehr bequem. Schönes Schlafzimmer. Vermieter kommt bei Problemen vorbei. 👍
Das Appartment ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn sehr. Mich hat es nicht gestört, weil die Geräusche ganz normale Alltagsgeräusche waren, dennoch sind die Wände kaum lärmgedämmt. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren teilweise sehr alt und verkratzt. Es wäre besser, weniger Töpfe und Pfannen zu haben, diese aber dann in einem guten Zustand. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher.
