Accessing the hotel on foot can be a little difficult if you have to take the giant hill next to it

Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. They have a glass of welcome drink. Onsens are superb. They have the shuttle bus from and to the bus terminal.
Their japanese staffs were not nice. One staff was at the reception didn’t try to response when we asked for the shuttle bus reservation. Another one was a driver for the hotel shuttle bus who is the young man with the glasses who didn’t support the baggages lifting out of the van whereas the elder staff at the hotel spported the baggage lifting on to the van.

Was one of the very few properties on my travel dates on the affordable side from the mean price . Staff was pleasant and polite, the onsen inside hotel was nice, balancing the public baths in the village. Room was wide and staff made my bed in the evening. Great tea in the room!
It’s old. Very old. Definitely needs renovation. I liked absolutely nothing about breakfast. Biew from the room wasn’t anything special. Yukata is pretty short but cannot complain because I am tall.
