used this property on numerus occasions over the past few years fits the bill, with all you require within the vicinity
on the last occasion there was no hot water, but I am sure if it wasn't quite so early when we left it would have been sorted

Location was good.
The double bedroom was cramped and the curtains did not fit. No hot water on the first morning and no response from the owner to sort the problem. After searching we discovered the boiler was not connected. The whole apartment was in need of some modernising and tlc.
