About this apartment rental
2-room attic apartment, recently renovated, with double bedroom and living room with pull-out couch. 1 large bathroom with bathtub. Balcony with a nice view. 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, which can be used. Kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots and dishes.
I offer free WiFi and the use of a 40 inch TV, along with Xbox One, which can be used for games and DVDs.
Bedding and towels are provided.
The surrounding area is very beautiful, from the lake to the hiking trails and the view of the Alps and it is waiting to be discovered. In the apartment you will find catalogs with excursion tips.
Please note that there is a bathtub in the bathroom that can only be used when sitting while showering. A bath seat can be used for this.
There is a bike shed in front of the house that can be used but unfortunately I can't promise that there will be enough space available for your bike as it is used by others who live in the house and it can get quite full.

ruhige Lage-kurze Wege zu Gastronomie-sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Schondorf" am Bahnhof! Edeka und Bäcker sehr nah. Schönes Cafe am See. Gepflegte MinigolfAnlage-tolle Radwege am See entlang!

Ordentliche Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Ammersee, aktuell nicht ganz leise, weil nebenan gebaut wird, aber das wird sich bald gegeben haben. Ordentliche bis gute Möblierung, nette Nachbarn. Empfehlenswert

Größer Parkplatz vorm Haus, gemütliche, kleine, gutausgestattete Wohnung, nah am See. Sehr ruhig. Viel Infomaterial in der Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

im grossen und ganzen hat uns die ferienwohnung gefallen. was ich zu bemängeln habe sind stark beschädigte fliegengitter. sehr viele mücken am abend. wir konnten im wohnzimmer nicht die richtige kühle luft reinlassen. das rollo am wohnzimmerfenster ist defekt, liegt in der fensterbank. alles was für die reinigung gebraucht wird( wischer, eimer, feudel usw. ) steht an der balkontür. auch kein schöner anblick. trotzdem haben wir es uns die paar tage gutgehen lassen.
