With the train you are in about 1 hour at the Oktoberfest in the center of Munich.
From the apartment you can reach all sights in about five minutes. They have access to the lake in St. Alban in the lido, you can let your boat into the water at the DSC.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse für zwei Personen in einer Top Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege zum See, Bahnhof und Marktplatz.
Mit etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit könnte das Naive sehr ins Positive verbessert werden.

wer nicht großen Wert auf Luxus legt und das einfache, kernige liebt, ist hier richtig!
2 Terassen!! urige Einrichtung, nahe am See.

Das Geländer war zB defekt und fiel fast herunter.
Ansonsten war das Objekt im großen und ganzen in Ordnung.
