Very well located and near to Airport, exceptional cleanliness
Fantastic Breakfast
Staff were not friendly and check in queues were long and slow

Nice and modern rooms. Cheap considering how expensive Madrid is.
The bathroom might be a bit small.

The proximity to the airport and the shuttle was great.
I walked to the hotel from the metro. Once the map it l99ked close enough but it was not a safe walk. I would only recommend getting to the hotel directly by car

Location
Shuttle bus never arrives at airport. Checkin process overly long. Beds are terrible- cheap and squeaky/noisy
