Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment to celebrate my 50th!

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Excellent location for both Gleneagles hotel and Auchterarder.

It might have been quite nice to have a coffee pod machine, not essential though. My parents were staying in another apartment and had a lovely welcome basket which I thought was a nice touch.

Relaxed, enjoyable and peaceful

This property exceeded my expectations. A very well presented unit with quality features throughout. The only negative I seen in reviews was a slight gap to the bottom of shower door. I fixed this by sliding the seals together before entering shower. Immaculate condition and a great base to experience Perthshire area

A great location.

Well located for Gleneagles. Clean and well furnished.

As the weather had gone colder instructions for how to work the heating would have been useful. We were cold the first 2 nights as we couldn’t work it out. It would also have been useful to have operating instructions for the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment. It was difficult to park on several occasions as all the spaces by the property were taken. On the final evening there was absolutely nowhere to park so we had to resort to parking in front of the garage linked to the property. There was no sign saying not to do this. We did not appreciate being called at 7am by the door intercom which screeched like a fire alarm rather than a door entry system as the partner of the housekeeper needed access to gain their work equipment. Damage to one of the interior walls next to the kitchen by the table around the feature picture spoils the overall look for such an expensive apartment in a quality resort. There were no housecoats despite these being in the specification. When asked we were told this was a mistake and none were provided. We would have brought our own had we known. Once opened we were unable to close the bathroom window. Unfortunately you can hear the noise - footsteps and television - from the apartment above. The few sachets of coffee, tea and sugar were mist welcome. Bring your own milk.

Nice apartment but room for improvement

Apartment had not been properly cleaned. Eg TV and table dusty., windows not clean. For a ‘deluxe ‘ apartment you would expect good quality toilet paper and branded toiletries, neither in the apartment and had to be bought by ourselves Information on how to use the TV, heating system and cooker would have been handy. On a positive note it was in an ideal situation.

This apartment is absolutely stunning and done to a very high standard with no expenses spared it’s got everything from an ironing board to a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and every utensils you could think of. If this was in the hotel next door you would pay triple the price. We had friends stay in the hotel next door and this flat is much nicer than the hotel rooms. This apartment is spotlessly clean

Great location, in the grounds of Gleneagles and hotel only 2 minutes away. Over looking woods with great bird life and red squirrels. Spacious and recently done up throughout and looking great. Everything you could ever need and in first rate condition. Really helpful re key pick up.

Nothing! But a couple of minor suggestions. There is quite a high step over the threshold. Not an issue, but a sign to warn us for an 86year old birthday girl would be great. Soap dispensers empty in both bathrooms. Need instructions on where to find fuse box. We did find it eventually as a fuse tripped. Maybe a key box would simplify entry, although very flexible and accommodating local contacts. Really minor points thoughts, hopefully helpful.

The fact that the advertising says you can pay to use the hotel facilities but in actual fact we struggled to get them to agree to do so which spoiled the experience. En-suite shower door had lots of mould on it .

Great location for Gleneagles complex - Literally 2 mins from the main hotel. Well set out apartment with ample supplies of linen, toiletries and kitchen equipment. Very clean and great furnishings. Will definitely try to go back, if my golf wife widow allows!!

The apartment is in a great location with good access to the hotel Good size rooms, well furnished and kitchen very well equipped However did have issues as the Wi-fi was not working all the time we were there which the owners knew but didn't tell us. Had issues with the TV which were resolved There was a damp smell by the front door and in the main bathroom We were woken up in the night as the smoke alarm fell off the wall, just attached not screwed in. Sorry but quite expensive compared to other apartments
