It is close to a metro station & a bus station, you can also do a self check in, which is nice, so if you arrive late you won’t have to worry about this aspect. The room was exactly what I needed for a short stay, clean & they even include breakfast, lunch & dinner for different time intervals. I didn’t spend much time there but the interaction I had with the staff was nice. Keep in mind they don’t know much English but eventually we understood each other.
Since it’s a student place, expect a lot of noise during the sleep hours. But you can bring some earplugs. If you are a sensitive sleeper this might be an aspect to take into consideration

The food provided from the canteen was good. Very genuine. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean.

Nice , clean. small rooms. It is a student accommodation but they also rent out rooms with private bathrooms and full board.
It was a bit noisy, but it was to be expected consdering the students
