    We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo greatly. The rooms were small but well equiped and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

    Got room for wheel chair access bathroom. Why? I did not request that! It's inconvenient and uncomfortable. Fotos of bathroom attached. I can see only my legs in the bathroom mirror so I can't even shave as I don't see my face. The hotel was half empty there where still rooms of the same type available for booking I got screenshots whether they would argue in the comments. Also asked a higher floor away from the elevator. They gave 1st right in front of the elevator. That's not a mistake, I am 195cm tall it's obvious I cant you normally this bathroom but it was late checkin so they served least comfortable room to keep better ones just in case. Obviously I was too tired to notice this straight ahead but in the morning I was running out of time to change the room I just wanted to shave normally and go for work , not to discuss the room change and ague when the manager said that room is "normal" so I should have shut up and dont believe my eyes.
