Grand Holiday Hoian Villa

It’s good for non first time visitors in Hoi An. The location is good balance between old town and a bang beach, with easy access to small islands too. Good getaway from crowded areas. The free bicycle adds a big plus making the journey much easier. Each room has a small balcony that let sunlight come in with very good privacy. Host is very nice helpful and responsive! One of my favorite and I will come back if I visit again.

It’s has almost everything. If one thing could be better would be the hygiene for both towels and trash bin replacements.

Staff was very helpful! Good location could walk to center of town. Coffee shop and restraunts nearby.

It was spotlessly clean, welcoming and the owner An was helpful, warm and generous, nothing was too much trouble for him! He is the best at customer service I’ve ever come across!

I stayed for 6 nights eventually and it wiuld have been good if the cleaner had come in to empty bins.

The hotel is based in a quiet local area which we loved! Each room had a balcony and great bathroom. The AC in the rooms are also good. The staff were the friendliest + most helpful people! Gave us lots of recommendations, helped us with laundry and renting a scooter. Literally cousins recommended this place enough!
