    I don't understand if its because of the heat of Da Nang or not, but I was greeted/sent-off/during my stay with some very questionable frown and side-eyes from the receptionist staff here, as if I'm bothering them. I consider myself as a hassle-free person, as in I don't bother anyone unless I'm ABSOLUTELY have to. But godamn, has the quality of customer service in this country has gone to shit in the past years. And also, towels. Towels after room cleaning service were smelly, which led me to believe these people don't change new towels, rather than folding old ones that we used and place it in the toilet again. Also had an encounter where the receptionist when I very politely brought this up to them, rejected giving me new towels. Cool. What.The.Hell.

    Gorgeous spacious rooms with wonderful view, beautiful pool, good location near rice fields. Good breakfast. Other food/drinks could have been better but only a very small improvement!

    The staff were very helpful. Contact the hotel for the best way for the car to drop off at the hotel. As some ally is under maintenance and it’s difficult for car to go through. There’s a nice rice field behind the property. Can be very nice.

    The place feels really old, and the air conditioner is super loud, especially at night, which makes it hard to sleep. The amenities basket even had mold, and the bidet was leaking. Breakfast was very basic with not much to choose from, and there was only one lady doing everything, from reception to serving breakfast. Honestly, for the same price, I think you can find better options around town.
