    Nice location and facilities. Room with good furniture and mattress. Nice pool. Some of the staff really friendly except for gentleman called Tai. Would stay here again. Avoid Hawal hotel

    We had a wonderful stay at Silkian Hoian Boutique Hotel. The room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and they even provide bicycles if you want to cycle around town, which was a great touch. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We checked out at 11:30 and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and even relax at the hotel while waiting for our bus later. Such warm and accommodating service. Highly recommend!

    The location is convenient and quiet. The room was clean and neat. However, some maintenance is needed, as one of the lamps in my room was broken. The chair on the balcony also seemed to have been broken for quite some time. Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly.

    We stayed for one night and the morning staff was excellent, evening staff, not so much. Breakfast was okay, pretty average but nice that it was included. Decent walking distance for local foods and drinks.
