The Bay View is in a great location if you want to visit Cape Town but don’t want to be in the City and well located to do the wine regions of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch.
Lovely rooms with great views over False Bay. Rooms are really spacious, well appoint, clean with a super comfy bed.
Loads of local amenities nearby, with a massive mall that has everything and the Lord Charles hotel is nearby if you want a taste of Colonial luxury and it also has a very realistic St Andrews links golf bar.
The hospitality in Bay View was exceptional - so good we arranged a second visit during our two month tour of South Africa. Bay View is highly recommended and our personal thanks to Johan who made us so very welcome.
Absolutely nothing! I couldn’t fault a single thing. So good we stayed there twice. There is not one single thing I could say that is negative.

Clean
Attitude & manner of staff member (felt uncomfortable). She seemed uninformed about my booking and had a distrustful attitude throughout. The atmosphere was not warm and welcome.
