Cosy but…

The apartment is indeed cosy and the kitchen is well-equipped. It is relatively close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and Spa. The apartment was very clean. They do have a car park in the garden, which is very useful.

Communication wasn’t clear. I received the booking voucher only in Dutch, and very confusing messages before my stay. Also the quantity of additional charges only communicated 2-3 days before the arrival were extremely surprising and hard to justify (especially when paying the super inflated price for the GP weekend). If you add these to the fact that bed sheets and towels are not provided… choosing this apartment becomes less worth it… Regarding the apartment itself, the bed is not that comfortable (pillows are quite hard).

A better insulation would be great, one can easily hear noises from upstairs.

Instructions to meet owner were very vague and no reply to an email I sent to discuss meeting....I arrived at the time suggested and fortunately the owner (who was really friendly and helpful) was there...

Leuk appartement met mooi uitzicht

Wat een mooi ruim huisje met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Huisje was goed schoon. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Zeker aan te raden.

Geen duidelijke omschrijving van de extra kosten voor gas water en licht. We hadden geen zicht op het werkelijk gebruik.

De locatie, prachtig uitzicht en een hele rustige en vriendelijke eigenaresse. Perfect als startpunt om de omgeving te verkennen.

Dommage !!!

Le logement est très bien situé, bien meublé avec goût et très propre.

La communication ! Et le paiement sur place qui a été folklorique. La personne n'était pas clair, elle voulait que je paie en liquide... j'ai donc payé 2 fois la location de 85,27€ Booking confirmé le paiement et Belvilla la société fait semblant de ne pas comprendre ou ne veux pas comprendre. De toute façon rien n'est clair : parfois en anglais, presque toujours en néerlandais. À ma demande un peu en français. Qui est la dame qui nous a fait payer sur place ???? Mes interlocuteurs par mails sont toujours différents. Klarna ne veut rien savoir de mon souci et me réclame les 85,27€ versé à Booking . C'est la première fois qu'une telle situation arrive. J'aimerais que Booking soit attentif à ce problème avec Belvilla . Je compte introduire une plainte.

Appartement is prettig

De gastvrouw ter plaatse was ontzettend vriendelijk! Het appartement is ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is prachtig!

De communicatie verloopt via de tussenpersoon Belvilla. Dit vond ik echt vreselijk. Heel erg veel lange geautomatiseerde berichten en er is dus geen persoonlijk contact met de verhuurder. Ik ben zelf verhuurder van een vakantiewoning en persoonlijk contact vind ik erg belangrijk. Ook was het onduidelijk dat je voor je eigen beddengoed moet zorgen. Staat niet bij de omschrijving en de onvoorziene kosten van 67,50 voor 2 nachten die je contant moet betalen bovenop de betaalde huurprijs op booking vind ik niet ok.

De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en alles was heel proper

Er was een tv maar je kon alleen maar dvd's afspelen en het terras was niet volledig omheind dus we konden de hond niet buiten laten
