Apartments Alifakovac 2

This is a must stay if you are in Sarajevo. The host was super lovely, and he even let us check in slightly earlier. The apartments and in a fantastic location, only a short 10min stroll to the the old town. The kitchen was perfect, the washing machine worked great and the bed was super comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I have had this trip. It was very neat and tidy, and all the facilities worked well.

It's not a dislike. Just an FYI, there is a steep hill to get to the apartment, so if you have heavy luggage, a taxi would be best.

Open space, clean, location location location!

Sadly on this occasion no full marks as the wireless internet didn’t work.

Great host, apartment is clean and it’s very close to the center.

It is great location, city center is just 3 minutes walk. Host's daughter speaks English so it was easy to communicate. Host let us chcek-in little bit earlier despite there were another customers night before.

We had just one night in Sarajevo so we would like to take every minute to enjoy and it was quite a chaos. It says you have free parking but that means you have to drive around neighborhood through steep narrow roads to find some place. Right after arrival we wanted to have a shower but hot water was not working, we contacterld the host and spent 30 minutes trying to fix it. We took cold shower and left the apartment, host fixed it later. However, when we came back in the evening, light was on, windows open and there was milion mosquitos in the room as the host did not turn of the light. Despite all struggles, it is still good value for money.
