Breakfast was amazing. The room was really pretty and the bed super comfy! The staff were also very accommodating and helpful.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Lovely well styled guest house. So cosy in the winter. Loved the selection of help yourself tea and coffee readily available. Breakfast was just right and fuelled our days walking in the mountains. Location is a little walk out of the main Katoomba high street, but great for walking down to Leura Falls and Katoomba Falls. Staff also disposed of our broken suitcase for us!!

Good quiet location in historic characterful B&B. Fan in room useful.
Breakfast. Had to ask time. The majority of guests must have arrived bang on 8am for breakfast. There were limited no amounts of some items including fresh fruit, berries and bread so had to make do with cereal only. Would have liked to see items refreshed so plenty for all guests. Given wrong key for room so good job came back earlier to get changed so manager about to swap
