Location. It's close to everything. You need to look through the immediate surroundings which is hidden in the back ally, but once inside it looks just like in the pictures. It's not hard to find once you know how to get around. Breakfast which is included was good and more then enough. The people working there were nice and helpful.

In a word, this hotel is wonderful. It is perfectly located—close to the city center, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. Its prime location made it so easy to pop back to the hotel during the day whenever I needed. Unlike the typical, crowded tourist hotels, this is a truly boutique and exclusive property. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and every little detail is enchanting. The staff were incredibly helpful. Upon my arrival, they spent an entire hour with me over tea, sharing local insights, recommending places to visit, and suggesting the best spots to eat. Everything was simply flawless. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place with a caring and attentive staff. Personal service around the clock, making you feel welcome at all times. A hidden gem nestled in the alleys of Marrakech. Highly recommended. The breakfast is generous, the internet bandwidth is exactly as promised for those who need to work, and the place is authentic and spotless.

Very attentive hosts who were helpful and willing to answer any questions. We would absolutely recommend this stay.

Only minor issue was that one guest was gluten free and this was not always catered for.
