Riad Dar El Masa

The staff was AMAZING!! So very helpful. This was our first time in Marrakech so the medina was a bit of a maze when we first arrived but we were greeted with mint tea and a map to help us find our way the first night. When our AC was dripping, they had someone there so fast to fix it. When we needed some laundry done, they were there. Daily room cleans. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. Rooms artistically decorated. Dar El Masa was a really lovely place to come to after the heat and exhaustion from the souks. Order the food from the chef for dinner to be enjoyed in the riad, it was REALLY good and fun to stay in and eat at the dining table. Absolutely recommend this place to stay, you wont be disappointed.

Riad Dar El Masa was perfect for our long weekend in Marrakesh. Yassine and the team were amazing from start to finish, organising our airport transfers and welcoming us with tea and water when we arrived at the Riad, and giving us a really comprehensive overview of Marrakesh and some advice on routes/safety, which as 4 young women made us feel so safe. The room was a great size for 4 people, very clean with good air conditioning. The rooftop was gorgeous with a small plunge pool and plenty of seating, and so peaceful despite being moments from the centre of Marrakesh. The breakfast was delicious every morning, so much food that we barely needed lunch each day! The Riad is located a few minutes walk from Jema el-Fnaa and the souks, and the route home is well lit and felt safe even late at night. I cannot recommend RIad Dar El Masa enough, we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Marrakesh. :)

Internal noise quite bad. Could hear everything when people talked moved around closed doors etc.

This place has potential but is not worth the price you pay. I liked the lady who made breakfast she was nice.

The staff was not that great. They do not know how to serve tourists. I think they hate anyone who is not muslim. Especially the guy that worked the night shift. We asked him to prepare breakfast earlyer then 08 a clock and sayd it is not possible. That was the answer to all our requests was " not possible" a 4 star hotel ... The location is way to expensive, it did not deserve the money we paid and definetely was not 4 star hotel..maximum 2 star Bed was hard, pillow was hard. Room was not clean. The bathroom does not have doors to separate the bathroom from bedroom.
