Its an amazing experience. As if we were going back in time
It’s not that we didn’t like - because we knew it was part of the overall experience.
But sleeping was not easy on the floor .

Definitely book the traditional Japanese dinner. A very unique experience.
Onsen is nice

Tout est dans son jus et c’est ce qui fait son charme. Tout est traditionnel et c’est ce qu’on attendait y-compris les petits déjeuners et dîners variés, copieux et excellents. L’arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel et la dame a l’accueil est adorable
Rien mais si vous cherchez la modernité de ce que l’on peut trouver dans les grandes villes, passez votre chemin.

La localisation
Établissement ancien qui est austère. Personne pour nous expliquer en anglais le fonctionnement du ryokan. Personnel non accueillant. Onsen trop chaud. Établissement fumeur (pas la chambre, heureusement)
Manque de modernité globale.
