Nice hotel, nice central location, very nice breackfast set up

rooms a bit dated

rooms were excellent large and comfortable beds were very good , the location was super in the center and we had enough parking in the hotel, the staff did their best to accomodate us but not very supple

the maintenance, shower was not well maintained, breakfast was very poor, staff was not collaborative couldn't get a answer in English on booking , extra beds and crib was not prepared when we arrived

Nice noble buildings and good location!

It's a pity that these buildings could be an exceptional hotel but it is unacceptable due to the ineffectiveness and the staff's attitude. A. Entering into the room I see the bed like somebody slept there last night, the bed was made but the sheets were not ironed, seem to be used. Then, the baskets full of trash! Ask the reception to see the situation, but just a maid came with very bad manners and of course not speaking English. I insisted and a guy from the reception came up, first asked me if I have lied there ("of course no, I did not touch the bed") and then said that they just forgot to empty the baskets, the room was made! No apologies at all. The woman changed the sheets and emptied the baskets talking alone all the time at her language. After that, I hesitated to touch anything in there. B. Asking the same receptionist if he can wake me up in the morning, just in case, as I had to leave early, he answered "No, I am a heavy sleeper also" 😆 C. It was funny and ironic that he told me "Sorry about the noise", I did not complained about it (loud music, Saturday night), I was not bothered about it. I left early, I did not have the chance to have breakfast as when I reached the hotel "it was too late to prepare take-out breakfast for the next morning".
