If you want a peaceful stay, don’t pick this place!

The views are gorgeous and the staff were really nice (Angela & Regina)

We didn’t have a moment of peace OR SLEEP at this hotel!! Well, in 7 days, maybe 1 night. Above the ocean view rooms are the dinning room and breakfast room and we just could not get a break from the sound of chairs being dragged across the floor and tables being moved, loud events took place over our room and this started early in the morning when we tried sleeping in a bit and continued all morning, only to repeat at dinner time and not let up until 11pm or midnight. And it’s not a little noise, it’s A LOT. Room was adequate space, bathroom was pretty bad! Absolutely no vanity space whatsoever to put any personal items and it was a horrible pressed wood surface that was split and buckling. I do think for what we paid to stay here, it should have been so much better. Will never return!

You know your stay is exceptional when you need to pinch yourself each day :)

This Hotel is beautiful. From the moment you arrive, you have a sense of welcome and belonging that is beyond compare. All the staff are wonderful, and bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can be. The views are ridiculously breath-taking, and the location unbeatable as it has immediate proximity to everything you need. The main host Angela is an exceptional lady with a wonderful heart and you quickly feel like family here. We have been travelling for a few weeks and this is the place that was the hardest for my partner and I to say goodbye to.

Fabulous views, fabulous food, fabulous team. Incredible experience.

The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Angela on reception was so attention to detail. Nothing was too difficult for her. When you asked for something she always delivered. Simon in the restaurant was exceptional and always greeted us with a smile. The whole team were amazing. Food was delicious. Fabio the owners son was extremely helpful and so professional. What an incredible hotel and team. We will return and highly recommend this hotel.

The best views great facilities made our stay in Ravello very memorable!

As soon as we arrived we received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The views from the property are spectacular from our room, restaurant and also from the pool. . Great location right near main bus stop. Our room was a good size and the balcony was lovely overlooking the Amalfi coast. They do a wine tasting experience at the hotel whixh my husband thoroughly enjoyed. They also have really good gelato which was a lovely afternoon treat.

Stunning view and a welcome stay.

Gosh where to start, I was done with THAT VIEW!!!!! The staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our rooms are gorgeous, all with little balconies and perfect views of the stunning Amalfi coast. The pool is a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is close to everything you need but slightly away from the crowds which is great. Lovely breakfast and again all of the staff made our stay so very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful room and view! The best in Ravello with a pool to within a budget! :-) Food is also very good. There is a pool bar who will serve you good food and drinks. The restaurant in the evening and cocktail bar is also amazing! Amazing family hotel in romantic Ravello 🫶🇮🇹

Great location, right near the city center. Wonderful breakfast and Patrizia helped us so much figuring out transportation. We loved it here and it will forever be our honeymoon spot

Transportation was difficult since the Sitabus didn’t come to our location after a recent accident. Taxis were costly and the transfer arrangement from the hotel was well worth it

Great place to visit and stay if you have a couple of days spare.

Location, location, location. Magnificent views across the Amalfi were a highlight with great staff and access to main town and public transport. Nice to see polite staff and allowing early check in. Some accomodation across Italy will not allow early check in this place does if available.

Stairs to lobby were a bit awkward from the road if you have heavy luggage.

Beautiful hotel and views

We loved our 2 night stay in the Garden Hotel! It is the perfect location in Ravello; at the bus stop and only 2 mins walk away from the main piazza and the Rufolo Garden. We arrived after a whole day of travelling in the rain and Angela's kindness and consideration was the perfect welcome to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and has the most amazing view. Breakfast was great and we also had dinner in the restaurant one night which was lovely. Grazie mille to Angela and all the other staff for making our stay the best we had whilst we were on the Amalfi coast.

There had been a wedding so it seemed the holiday accommodation side of things was not firing on all cylinders. Breakfast very very basic - we actually went out for the last day for breakfast. The restaurant was not open and so it was so noisy due the constant moving of tables and chairs above

Anna and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised she upgraded my room from a mountain view to a sea view, and what a view it was! 😳♥️Highly recommended, I will absolutely be staying at the Garden Hotel on my next stay. Thank you Anna.

Room with sea view is absolutely fantastic. Pool was nice and clean (and cold but nice😎). Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Location is better than perfect!

Shower was fine but extra shower settings that seemed to be optional(massage jet settings ect) didn't work. No big deal at all, luxury problem, but looking at the price per night however, you might expect this to work (room 8).

Spectacular view to the bay! We couldn’t ask for anything better. We also got a free upgrade from mountain view to sea view. The hostess was amazingly friendly, she reached out to us asking how far we are and if we need any help. We felt very welcomed. Breakfast was amazing! They served us what we asked for- made for us on request. Coffee was also delicious. The pool area was beautiful with breathtaking view. We learned some history too. Jackie Kennedy also stayed in this hotel! 🙂 All the restaurants, shops etc just a 2 min walk away. :) Great location!

The location of the hotel was excellent,just a 2 minute walk through the tunnel to the main square. We had a sea view room and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The staff were so lovely and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
