The only advantage is it was cheap and they had free parking. The room was clean and we could sleep good on the beds.
The room was very small and had only beds. Thecbathroom was also very small. The desk desk had very restricted working hours. It ist bitter to pay more and get more comfort.

It's located on the outskirts of Colmar, in an industrial park, so having a car is essential. If you're traveling by car, it's a perfect base for exploring all of Alsace.
It's a bit outdated, but it wasn't a problem for me.

Location - close to the highway, but still far away do not hear the noice.
Keep in mind this is MOTEL, so don't expect any luxe, especially for such low price.
The shower and bad sheets were clean, water in the shower was worm, people ar reception were friendly.
Very small room and no isolation. You will hear if your neighbour snoring

Easy to reach, large parking, fair price, breakfast included (minimal, but it works), right next to a Lidl supermarket.
Tiny shower. Not fun for a tall man.
When I came for breakfast, 30 minutes before it closed, the receptionist had already stacked all the tables on the chairs... so there wasn't much of a vibe.
Overall I didn't feel the receptionists made real human contact. The live interactions felt transactional and impersonal.
Water was dripping in the pipes in the bathroom, which was a bit annoying when I tried to fall asleep.
