Wasn't sure what was for breakfast and our Italian is not the best. Coffee and the croissant did the trick but would have been good to have some fruit or fruit juice.
would be good to have a picture of the entrance to the property on the site as its not that clear where it is when you arrive.

The place is beautiful and very good located
There is no elevator, but we understand that due to the nature of the building they can’t install it

The location is excellent. The rooms clean and spacious.
There is a warning about ‘no lift’ so that is fair. But realistically, 5 flights (60 stairs) up to the unit is a killer. It is really something to be aware if especially after walking all day, then up the steep hill to the property- elderly, unfit people honestly in that heat could become a medical emergency

The location is amazing, central to many cool eateries and drinks. The church and museum is on your doorstep very authentic Italy
The breakfast was poor as you had to go to a local eatery and it was very busy, they didn’t want to serve you and it was hard to know what you had included as English is their first language which is understandable. We just grabbed a few pastries and left. There was a couple of snags the tap in sink was broke and it was difficult to know what you could have out the fridge but would not deter us from stopping again.

"This was such a great place. We were sorry we had only one night. The room was huge( we had 4 people) with a beautiful view and rooftop terrace. We arrived earlier than expected and Massimo met us in ..."
