Hidden tressure

The staff was incredibly sweet and nice. The room was completely clean and everything went as it should. We (me and my girlfriend) were there for 4 nights. There was also a possibility to order some pastry to the room every morning and it was tasty and with good price. 10/10 stay, I would even call it a golden find.

Great host, good facilities and space, stunning views, balcony.

Terrific host and her family very helpful, carried our luggage to our room. This is like an aparthotel, it has a kitchenette with toaster, microwave, cooktop, a separate shower room, and a bedroom with dining table and chairs. Basic range of cookware, enough to get meals prepared. Small bar fridge with a freezer section. Amazing view from here and there's a balcony with a table and chairs. Shower room has been recently renovated, very nice and a great shower. Comfortable bed. There's a large shared space to sit outdoors and undercover.Parking under carport at the guest house. Local train to Innsbruck almost at the door. Great value and would definitely stay again. Really good service.

Clean and comfortable family-run accommodation in a scenic location

Very traditional Tirolean accommodation. Really clean and comfortable and it’s very scenic and peaceful. Cooking facilities were great to have (even if only to rustle up a quick breakfast in the morning) and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Great location for hiking, visiting the mountains and taking the occasional trip into Innsbruck.

Not a complaint - it’s a little “off the beaten track” but we knew this when booking. The train service is quite frequent though and takes you to places about 20 minutes away where you can eat and buy groceries. Innsbruck is about 50 min away, so if you plan to spend a lot of time in the city, you’d be better off finding accommodation closer by.

The host Brigit is lovely, very helpful, and they provided us with everything we needed. There is bread service so you can get bread delivered to your door, and we could even do laundry. The apartments were great, well equipped and the location is good to get anywhere In Tirol since it's close to the highway. We loved our stay!

Everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The beds were great, the views are great, and transport is pretty easy. I can't wait to go back.

Superb

First of all, the hospitality of the host, Birgit. She was really nice, really helpful, and helped us settle in. The personal touch that you don't see very often. We didn't have any complaints about the room, it was massive, we were two families visiting in and it was perfect. The place feels very homey, a lot of familiar things you find in the house but in a very nice practical hotel way. The view from the balcony is super amazing, the pictures didn't do justice! if we didn't have any plans, we would be super happy just to sit for hours looking at the view from the balcony. The trip to the house took more less 40 minutes from the hauptbahnhof, but it sure was worth it! we will definitely be coming back!

nothing we didn't like, we only had that one incident during our last night. But we mentioned that already to Birgit For future guests coming, be mindful to keep the noise down especially when you're doing your "personal, intimate activities"

Spacious apartment with all equipment included (fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, plates, cutlery) Great view from the balcony Parking included (owners installed dedicated electric outlet so I could charge my car) Very pleasant and helpfull hosts Ski drying room Table tennis and variety of puzzles and board games on the ground floor Reasonable distance to Innsbruck city centre as well as most popular ski resorts Tram that goes to Innsbruck and Fulpmes (Schlick2000)

Beautiful panorama. Bright, clean apartment. Helpful, friendly host. Nice hikes in the proximity of the house. Tram to the city at 2 min walk.

All perfect, except I could hear the noise of the highway from distance and the tram passing by the apartment. It was not loud, but if you want complete mountain silence it's not it.

Beautiful location, view on muntains, very high price/value, comfortable bed, good decision.

Near Innsbruck, beautiful location. The choice of the name "Panorama" is brilliant - the panorama is beautiful. The rising sun looks into the room. The STB tram stop is very close, easy to travel into the city (you can also get on the tram by bike). The route of the tram is scenic. Birgit and the family are very kind, helpful and flexible. The appartment clean, the bathroom is modern, new and comfortably large. The bed comfortable, the equipments are right. There is a balcony with enough space to sit down to eat or just have a coffee and to admire the mountains. There are 5 covered parking place but there are more behind the house. The Innradweg is very easy and beatiful both before and after the city, so it is recommended to have some bike tour also. In summary it was one of the - if not the - best stay in Austria in last 5 years for us. Higly recommended!

There is nothing worth mentioning. The price/value ratio is high. The pictures on the booking.com are real, no surprise.
