Abby Lane is just outside Bar Harbor and a 5 minute drive to Acadia National Park. Hadley Point beach is just a short walk From the house.
The house sits on 1 acre with a large yard and beautiful deck. The house is tastefully decorated with a contemporary cottage feel. The upstairs consists of a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and full bath.
The downstairs is accessed by a separate entrance under the deck. There is a large family room, Queen sofa bed, game table and 3/4 bath.

We selected this property because it was near a family event for the week. It worked perfectly for us. We are familiar with Acadia and Bar Harbor, and this location was exactly what we wanted. We happened to be there for the week before July 4, and the temperatures were extremely high. The extra fans and full-shade location helped us remain comfortable. We spent time on the deck and enjoyed ourselves here. For folks who travel with a dog this is a good property to rent.We would recommend this property to others. Its location near an Island Explorer bus stop is great! We used this for the incredible fireworks show on the fourth.This property is wonderful rustic Maine located exactly where you need to be. If they added additional photos of the bedrooms and all sleeping quarters it would help; that said, we were happy with the bedrooms and lower-level space. One negative is the fireplace that consumes part of the great room. It is an obstacle in the living space. It can be an issue with small children, they just want to climb on it and play with the rocks, ha-ha.

A lovely property located close to everything and a beautiful town beach for a fire in the evening an amazing sunset. What a gem! The outside porch was very sweet with the grill and the whole downstairs separate from the rest of the living space was an added treat.

Perfect location for the park. The house was ok not spectacular. Would be much better if you didn't have to go outside to access basement. The house was very rustic.
