Non è molto spaziosa, soprattutto il bagno. Sulla pulizia si può fare qualcosina in più, per esempio i mobili sopra la cucina erano pieni di polvere

abbiamo apprezzato molto l'appartamentino , c'é tutto il necessario per passare un bellissimo week end nel centro storico di Brescia il propreprietario é molto cortese , l'angolo cucina é molto funzionale non manca niente , il materasso ed il cuscino molto confortabili , il quartiere dove si trova é un vero mondo a parte , molto animato ma non caotico , anche i vicini sono stati moto carini con noi , una trattoria interessante nei paraggi e poi Brescia con le sue bellezze tutta intorno , basta avere voglia di scoprire . francamente

滞在に必要な物がすべてそろっていて、快適に過ごせました。おいしいコーヒーや紅茶がたくさんあり、パンとそれにつけるジャムもありました。大きい冷凍冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、食器や調理器具もあり、自炊もできます。ハンガーや洗濯ばさみもたくさんあり、タオルなどを干すところもあるので、洗濯物も完璧に干すことができます。裁縫道具など、通常は用意されていない物も置いてあって、気配りがすばらしいと思いました。ベッドもとても気持ちよく眠れました。オーナーの方もとても親切で、相談するとすぐに的確に返事してくれました。今までヨーロッパで滞在した宿泊施設の中で、一番良かったです。

Pour un séjour très sympathique à Brescia sans dépenser des fortunes.

Chouette petit flat dans le cœur historique de Brescia, à deux pas de la place principale et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Il y a du café et du thé à volonté, avec une petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée, il y a un réfrigérateur et une petite cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Pour ceux qui préfèrent les restaurants, il y en a d'excellents tout près. Le lit double est confortable, avec 2 tablettes de nuit, etc. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. L'hôte donne toutes les informations nécessaires et répond à toutes les demandes via WhatsApp.

- L'air conditionné est très bruyant et n'est pas très froid (ce qui au fond évite les coups de froid, il faisait 37 degrés dehors). Il faut évidemment le couper pour dormir. -- Ma chambre donnait sur une rue normalement très calme, mais par moments bruyante pendant la nuit à cause d'idiots alcoolisés qui crient. - L'entrée de la douche est un peu exiguë, heureusement je suis mince. - La Wi-Fi est faible mais ça passe.

Alles perfekt

Eine kleine süsse Wohnung im Herzen von Brescia. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mensch, spricht gut Deutsch. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist klein hat aber eine komplette Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sogar Schuhlöffel und Fusselrolle war vorhanden😉. Wir haben Kaffee, Tee, sogar Zwieback und Marmelade bekommen. Alles prima! Für zwei Personen eine perfekte Bleibe in Brescia! Grazie mille!!!
