Great apartment in Traben Trarbach
There was plenty of space in the apartment, the dining table sat 6 and the bedrooms were large. We were a group of 4 so used 1 bedroom and bathroom on each level. The apartment was very well equipped and included a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There was tea, coffee and lots of cleaning supplies available to use. The location was very good, near the river and also fairly close to the supermarkets. There was a bakery round the corner for any breakfast needs.

Lovely weekend in Traben Trabach
Very clean spacious house with seating outside. Beautiful decor , comfortable beds and lovely showers. Located near the river and many places to eat. Host is welcoming and friendly.

A lovely one week stay in June at the Ferienhaus Barfly!
We really enjoyed our summer stay at the Ferienhaus Barfly. There was plenty of room over 3 floors for a family of 4, and the location was excellent for walks as well as driving to neighboring towns. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the outside street was quiet. Our host met us upon our arrival and was very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean. In particular my daughter loved the top floor bedroom and bathroom all to herself!
There were boards at the very top of the stairs that needed to be properly nailed into place. I think there was once a washing machine upstairs for clothing as indicated in the description, but it was no longer there for our stay.

Anreise 17.08.2025 Wir hatten eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung gebucht gehabt, mit der Erwartung auch eine zu bekommen. Als wir ankamen am Anwesen hatten wir erstmals erfahren, das es sich um ein ganzes Haus handelt zur alleinigen Nutzung. Erstmals waren wir über den üblen sporigen schimmligen Gestank der sich über jede Etage ausbreitete entsetzt...da halfen auch keine Duftsticks....man musste immer die Balkontür offen lassen TAG u. Nacht. Was uns am meisten verärgerte, war das lästige steile und hohe Treppen steigen über 3 Etagen. Wir hatten die Beschwerde der Inhaberin schriftlich zukommen lassen, was von Ihrer Seite völlig regungslos ohne Kommentar und Rückmeldung abgehakt wurde.
Eklige sporige Geruch-----eventuelle Kellersanierung nötig Dusche war auch immer am Morgen ein komischer Geruch furchtbare steile Treppen laufen Verärgert hat uns sehr, das wir bei der Buchung nur Bilder von der angeblich gedachten Wohnung ansehen konnten, die steilen Treppen nicht aufgeführt waren...................mehrere Facetten in einem Haus ---das ist ein schweres nicht genanntes Kriterium
